The Vision:

As a long time, Land Park Homeowner, I understand and appreciate what an amazing community asset the William Land Golf Course is to our neighborhood. The Master Plan for renovating the course and facility, when completed, will not only be enjoyed by all golfers, but Land Park residents and visitors alike. Our initial project is an enormous, all-grass 18-hole putting course adjacent to the clubhouse. It will be a regional draw as no other public golf course will is able to claim they have anything similar! It will be enjoyed by families, groups and parkgoers without any golf experience.

The creation of the FRIENDS OF WILLIAM LAND GOLF COURSE non-profit organization will be the major funding source for the renovations. We have engaged in a long-term relationship with course architect Brett Hochstein of Hochstein Design. His Master Plan will bring the William Land golf course forward with ecstatically challenging improvements that golfers of all levels will enjoy for the next 100 years.

I am asking you to get involved and support our efforts. Morton Golf, LLC. has pledged to match $1  for every $1 donated, up to $100,000 per year. Come by the pro shop for a visit soon and I’ll be happy to further explain our vision.
